Clubs & Activities

Chess Club (2nd-8th grade)
The Chess Club is open to all Holy Ghost students in Kindergarten through 8th grades. Students do not need to know how to play to join. Chess Club meets Wednesdays after school.

Faith Challenge Bowl 
The Faith Challenge Bowl is an annual competition sponsored by the Archdiocesan Catholic Schools. Students in intermediate grades (3rd-5th) and middle school (6th-8th) meet before school once a week to study select books of the Bible. The competition, involving all of the Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, is typically held in the spring. 

Guitar Club (2nd-8th grade)
The school Guitar Club welcomes students who have a variety of skills and experience levels. Our Guitar Club is led by our music teacher, Mr. Maes.

Chior Club (2nd-8th grade)
The Holy Ghost Chior Club is available for students 2nd-8th grade. Chior Club meets once a week and focuses on music literacy and the improvement of vocal skills. 

Ukulele Club (1st-8th grade)
The Holy Ghost Ukulele Club is available for students 1st-8th. Ukulele meets once a week and focuses on music literacy and participates in weekly masses. 

American Girl Club (1st-8th)
The American Girl Club is available for all students in grades  1st-8th. The American Girl Club meets once a week focusing on American History through a variety of different crafts, food and hand on experiences. 

Crochet Club (4th-8th grade)
The Crochet Club is available for students 4th-8th grade. Crochet Club meets once a week and practices learning new skills to make new items.  

Cheerleading Club (Kinder-6th grade)
Cheerleading Club meets 3 times a week and practices various routines. They compete in many competitions throughout the year. Cheerleading Club takes place through Razzle Dazzle.
